I lost my Pro license key — what do I do?

Email support@stacklyhq.com with the email address you used to purchase. We'll resend your license key within 2 hours.

The extension isn't activating my Pro key

Make sure you're pasting the key exactly (no extra spaces). If it still fails, check that your VS Code version is 1.75+ and try reloading the window (Ctrl+Shift+P → Reload Window).

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Log in to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal using the link in your purchase confirmation email. You can cancel anytime — Pro access continues until end of billing period.

Cloud sync isn't working

Cloud sync requires an active internet connection and a valid Pro key. Check your VS Code output panel (View → Output → ENV Manager) for specific error messages and include them in your support email.
